Tamara “Rainbow’ Tavernier is a writer and illustrator of children’s books.

Her first three books were orginally written in Dutch. Her first book in the series is now translated and available in English.

In Belgium, she often taught workshops in libraries and schools. Workshops were developed around around her children's books.

In her workshops she shows the children paintings. Teaches them perspective, reads them her story and shares her philosophy with the children. The workshop includes games and meditatation designed to get the children in touch with their inner voice and remove the external voice that many children by the age of 5 have that says they "can not" paint. Once the children are relaxed and fully in the moment, she paints with them.

In these sessions, she uses her basic philosophy that is that wisdom and power of creation is within. She teaches the children to listen to their inner sun and trust their intuition. Sometimes teachers see huge breakthroughs with the children, because Rainbow brings the children to their inner source.

Workshops are designed for children ages 5 to 9 years old. The price of the first workshop is $40 for each child which includes a copy of my book (Father Sun where do you sleep?). Subsequent workshops: $25 per a child
I will do workshop on request at schools or libraries: $100/hour with materials. With a max of children 25. Price does not include gas compensation or travel.
